___ Banana Smoothie for Breakfast – 

Many kids don’t have a robust the appetite when they wake up early morning so this delicious breakfast will help. 

Mix the following ingredients very well in a blender: 1 medium banana, 1 cup low-fat or non-fat milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, vanilla flaored protien mix  and an ice cube. A yummy breakfast recipe sof kids. 

___ Egg Pita Sandwich

Another healthy breakfast meal is an egg sandwich. For each serving, scramble an egg in a teaspoon of olive oil and stuff this inside a whole wheat pita. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa (optional) and ¼ cup low-fat cheese (shredded). This is another easy one that can be made in advanced, heated up and you can the pita will let you eat in the car, truly a breakast to go!

___ Fruit with Yogurt Waffle

Top a whole grain waffle with low-fat yogurt in vanilla flavor then add sliced fruits like strawberries. This is best with low-fat milk. This is ideal if you need to serve several kids and you are in a hurry.

___ Cheesy Ham Panini

This packed breakfast recipe will be enjoyed by both kids and adults. You need to slice the Panini and spread pesto on the bottom half. Then, arrange 2 sliced tomatoes on the first layer, 2 slices of ham and top with cheese spread on the second layer. This can be eaten cold or heated in an oven toaster.
