hamburger on the grill with this tempting and tasty side dish that is sure to keep everyone from feeling blue!

Ingredients
1 lb. Red potatoes
1/4 lb. blue cheese (crumbled)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Mayo (depending on your preference)
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1 small red onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup crumbled and crispy cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped green or spring onion
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. dried dill
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped and optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Cook the potatoes and let cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crumbled blue cheese (we want to keep these
crumbles intact). Fold all ingredients together gently, add cooled potatoes and lastly, crumbled blue cheese. Refrigerate. The perfect side dish for a spring/summer
picnic.
