Easy Chicken Kabobs
Chicken Kabobs a family favorite! These chicken kabobs are easy and quick. You can mix up the marinade the night before and just toss them on the grill in time for dinner. Add fruit and/or vegetables as desired. Perfect for kids, family meals and even as appetizers.
1 ½ pound (685g) chicken breast cut into ¾ inch cubes
1 ½ tablespoon Mariam’s Miracle Seasoning Blend by AGS27.com
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 tablespoon butter (Or 4 tablespoon cooking oil)
Optional: use separately or in combination
Other Fruit or Veggie
Add salt as desired
Add melted butter in a bowl with yogurt, Mariam’s Miracle Seasoning Blend, salt and chicken.
Massage and mix well, cover with plastic and place in the fridge for at least an hour for better results keep in fridge for a few hours.
Thread the chicken on skewers,add fruit and/or vegtables as desired
Broil or grill over charcoal until done, Serves 4.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for an hour before using to prevent from burning.
