Draw String Bag

Materials needed:

Piece of material (30 inches x 24 inches)
Needle and thread or sewing machine
Ribbon (for the tie)
Safety pin.
Marker pen.

Directions:
Your finished bag will have the fold at the bottom and a ribbon drawstring.

Fold the top (the two shortest edges) of the fabric back approximately 1 inch and sew across. This will create a casing for your ribbon to go through.

Fold the material in half ,right sides together. Measure 1/2 inch from the edges on both sides and mark. This will be your guide for sewing.

Starting from just below the top casing, sew down to the bottom fold. Repeat on the other side.

Attach a safety pin to the end of the ribbon and feed it through the top casing.

Tie knots in the ends of the ribbon, so the ribbon won't pull out, turn the bag right side out and your bag is finished.

This can be used as a gym bag , a gift bag , a pajama bag or even a dirty laundry bag . The uses for this are limited only by your imagination :)
