Ghost Balloon
You will need:
Light Colored Balloon
WHITE Trash Bag
String
Black Marker
This is an easy craft to make for all your Halloween decorating.
Blow up a balloon, any color.
Place the tied end of the balloon in a WHITE trash bag.
Tie a string around the tied off balloon end and poke a small hole in the
end of the bag (the end opposite the opening) and poke the string through.
Draw a face in the bag and you have an instant ghost.
