White T-shirt or Sweatshirt
Lay the shirt on a flat surface. Lay several layers of newspaper inside the shirt so that the fabric paint will not run through.
Add some paint to a small dish. Dip sponges or cutters in the paint and then press onto the shirt.
Decorate with as many colors and shapes as you wish.
Lay flat to dry. Read labels on the fabric paint for drying times.
