Glue the other three popsicle sticks together to make another triangle. Let the glue dry on the two triangles before attaching the two triangles together. Let the glue dry fully before painting.

Paint the popsicle sticks with blue paint. Let the paint dry. Loop a piece of ribbon or string through the top and hang on wall or in a window.
