New Year's Eve Party Decorations HAPPY NEW YEAR HORN

You will need:

1 Construction paper

2 Tape

3 White glue

4 Scissors

5 Stickers, glitter



Instructions:

1. Roll a piece of construction paper being sure to roll tightly at one end.

2. Tape closed.

3. Snip the uneven parts on both ends.

4. With glue, write Happy New Year.

5. Sprinkle with glitter.

6. Let dry.

7. Embellish with stickers.
