PUMPKIN ICE CREAM

1 Pack GINGERSNAP COOKIES crushed
1/4 TO 1/2 CUP melted Butter.
ICECREAM
2 LTRS. LOW FAT VANILLA ICECREAM
1 CAN PUMPKIN PIE FILLING (15 oz CAN)
1/4 TSP. CLOVES
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1 TSP. GINGER
METHOD mix crushed cookies with butter and press onto base of PYREX
( or FREEZER safe) dish. Mix all ice cream ingredients together and
pour over base.Cover with lid or foil and freeze. ENJOY !!
