Tips For Getting Organized
Magazines: We all love our Crafting Magazines. However, we usually keep them for one or two articles and maybe a picture for ideas to be used or referenced for the future. Cut out these articles and pictures, scan them in Rexan’s Craft Organizer and recycle the magazine. This alone may give you enough space for another rolling cart for supplies.
Patterns: Wow do we have patterns and templates. We make our own and buy them. Again, we save pattern books for only a few patterns we’ll actually use. Tear out the patterns you want to keep, scan them in RCO and recycle the rest. This alone will clean out your file cabinets and give you tons of new space. Note: If you have pattern books that you want to keep (hard bound) pack them up after you have scanned what you want, and put them in the garage. Or by recycling your magazines, it will give you more room to store your nicer pattern books on the shelves.
Files for information: By scanning in all your paper files you may be able to repurpose a file cabinet for finished projects or tools.
PC Craft files: You probably already have a few files saved in your PC. Print them out and scan them into RCO. Choose a category it will best fit in or make your own and save. Now all your craft files will be together, organized and stored. All files can be easily retrieved, viewed, printed, or emailed. Our search engine will find it for you.
