Though free time can be good, long, lazy summer days can get monotonous, not to mention unproductive. So do something worthwhile. Volunteers are always needed and always appreciated. Volunteering an hour here and there is the perfect cure for boredom. Nothing is more fulfilling than helping those in need and it's a bonus when you enjoy what you are doing. With message boards, inspiring stories from other teens, scholarship information, a, you can even take a quiz to narrow down the perfect volunteer opportunities for you. When a volunteer opportunity matches your requirements, you'll get an update. There are other helpful tools such as a log that keeps track of your volunteer hours as well as easy to read but informative articles on the art of volunteerism.
