Make Edible Snowflakes

You will need:

flour tortillas

vegetable oil

cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Directions

Using a paring knife (or clean scissors) cut out snowflakes. Use the same technique used when cutting out paper snowflakes: fold tortilla in half-and-half again them cut out the shape.

Heat a small amount of oil in a saucepan.

Fry tortilla on each side until crisp.

Place on paper towels.

Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture while still warm.
