Vtech Infant Rattle Recalled Due to Choking Hazard
The Shake & Sing Elephant Baby Rattles has model number 80-184800
Vtech reports five incidents of the ears breaking off of the rattle with no injuries to babie or young children.
The rattle is a purple elephant with yellow and blue ears at one end and a black and white plastic teething ring at the other end. You can turnon a switch and make the rattle sing.
The baby rattle has a Vtech stamp on it. It is seven inches long. Look on the back of the rattle adjacent to the battery door for the number 1848 .
You Should immediately stop using the recalled infant rattle. Get a full refund or replacement by contacting Vtech.
Baby Rattle Was Sold At:
Walmart, Kmart, Meijer, Mills Fleet Farm, Seventh Avenue, and could be purchased online at Amazon.com and zulily.com from November 2015 through November 2017. The rattle’s price was $8.
