Reporting Child Support Deadbeats

Question: One of my friends here in Chattanooga lives with a guy, Ray Rush, from California who boldly told me yesterday that he owes child support back there so he doesn’t have a license. They don’t know where he is and I’d guess he owes quite a few thousand or his license wouldn’t have been pulled. He’s a verbally abusive man from what I’ve seen. I’m hesitant to report him because I’m afraid.

Answer: You can report the location of a parent who is no paying their child support, even if you are not the owed child support. It is easy and anonymous. Gather as much information as you can, such as; name, address, employer, the state where the child support order was issued, call or mail the information to the appropriate state government child support agency. See a list of state agencies .
