- 1/2 c. dried fruit (2 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. walnut pieces (2 oz.)
- 1/3 c. almonds (2 oz.)
- 1/4 c. Spanish style or Virginia
- 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
- Mix together. Store in 10 1/4 cups portioned plastic bags.
